Originally the Andrew B. Murray Vocational School constructed in 1923, this building was renovated into 27 upscale apartments in 2002 and has since received the esteemed Carolopolis Award. 

 

Our clients moved to Charleston in 2020 to enjoy a Lowcountry retirement and purchased this top floor back unit overlooking the Ashley River. 

 

Partnering with Harper James Finucan on the buildout, we immediately began an extensive 18 month renovation that summer to include remodeling the bathrooms, overhauling the kitchen, updating wall treatments, revamping millwork, and more. 

 

Our inspiration for this Neoclassical interior design stemmed from our clients extensive collection of exquisite art and antiques curated over decades, which we carefully incorporated into the new design.
